Come Check Out SynthValley Synth Wave?
This coming Saturday, July 24th, there will be a streamed concert featuring some great Synth wave artists including Sandor Gavin! Sandor and I worked together, along with Horizons 1982 and Sleepless Nights on a track called Moments Lost in Time. It’s got a killer hook and vibe and I really enjoyed getting to lay down a saxophone hook as well as solo.
If you’d like to check out the music video – take it out for a spin below!
The Line Up
It will be quite the party on Saturday. Other performers include Von Kaiser, The Pyramid, One Ticket to the Mun, Love Impasse, Konstanza and The Tilt. That’s one solid line up of artists! If you enjoy synthwave, retrowave, the 80’s or just really good synth music then check out this event! It will be a really fun time! The Process
For the actual studio recording I just recorded my saxophone solo and sent it over to Sandor and his crew for editing and mixing. Since this Stream Fest has a more “live” feel to it, I set up a green screen and recorded myself so that I could appear in whatever setting was needed. It was my first time working with a green screen! I’m much more of an audio studio person than I am a video studio. The process, however, proved simple enough and we’re all happy with the results! My video camera was actually my webcam. Thankfully, it’s a really GOOD webcam.
So if you’re a fan of synths, neon colors and just great music, I hope you’ll attend!
